A dynamic and transformational 2 day workshop, targeted at changing the mindset of participants and pushing them forward towards greater achievements in their Family Life, Career Goals and Personal Improvement.

Participants leave the workshop invigorated and ready to tackle all hurdles that may come along their way with only one ultimate goal in their mind: SUCCESS!

Primarily targeted at preparing the participants to retackle the workforce, the EC and EW is focused on equipping our participants with the correct skills set to handle any difficult situations that may arise in their journey to secure THE job. The EW sets its target on PMEs (Professionals, Managers and Engineers), while the EC sets its sight on the rank and file population.

Highly successful and interactive, the EC and EW have been well received by its participants, with the EW clocking high success re-employment rate of 75% after participants graduate from the 2 day workshop.
