Conquering The Peak - Leadership Empowerment Workshop

Introduction:
Conquering The Peak is a workshop designed to nurture teenagers into successful leaders by equipping them with the six Levels of Leadership Structure. Skills are imparted to students through meaningful activities and games, which will guide his/her actions in being a leader.

Through action learning activities and discovery exercises, youth participants will experience firsthand, the intricate challenges and difficulties faced in the process of becoming successful leaders.

In this new and modern 21st century, students are often faced with dilemma leadership roles because they find that “what they learnt in theory cannot be applied in reality”.  Therefore, at AGB Education, we find that it is crucial to be pragmatic in the very process of grooming a leader. We provide a wide range of activities such as role-playing and discovery activities, which are effective in ultimately molding one into a leader capable of overcoming obstacles in their path.

Thus, the objective of this workshop is to ensure the students will be able to:

1. Understand what leadership is about
2. Know what an effective leader should do, know, and act
3. Identify the different kinds of leadership styles and are able to apply them appropriately

Leadership Camp

Introduction:

This is a three-day camp specially designed to nurture students into successful leaders by engaging them in highly experiential activities and games that will guide their actions in becoming exemplary leaders. With the element of challenge and fun being heightened in this camp through action learning activities and discovery exercises, students will enjoy themselves and at the same time, learn how to be effective leaders.

(Outdoor Adventure Learning (The Amazing Race))
 
Introduction:
In this highly interactive workshop, students will discover the leadership in them and be able to bring out the leadership attributes and team building skills through outdoor adventure learning that challenges, motivates and educate them.

In order to excel in the role as a leader, personal imaging is important in creating the right look in order to get you where you want to go.

Leadership Camp
(Public Speaking Workshop)
Introduction:
Everyone will be involved in speaking in public or presenting ideas. As soon as one speaks to more than one person at a time and is not speaking in a conversation it is public speaking. The techniques can be applied to small sales presentations, briefings, information sharing in meetings or delivering in front of a large crowd.
This workshop goes through the process of planning, delivering and applying public speaking skills in a hands-on approach. The blend of theory and practice is interactive with constructive feedback from the course leader.

An effective leader is one who sets pragmatic vision and goals for his team. Therefore this workshop is designed to impart leaders with knowledge and skills in envisioning and conceptualizing realistic visions and goals for his team.
